When you create an account on VivaPages, you join our flat-rate subscription model. For an affordable monthly fee, you get full access to VivaPages with no extra costs. Enjoy a 30-day trial period and start using VivaPages right away!

Prices are reviewed regularly, and any changes will be communicated clearly and well in advance.

Prices

Closing your account

You can cancel your subscription at any time by closing your account. You close your account by going to your subscription settings and cancel your subscription. Your account will be deactivated at the end of the current period and subsequently deleted.

Payments

VivaPages partners with Stripe Subscriptions to ensure a seamless and straightforward subscription and payment experience. With Stripe’s secure and reliable platform, managing your subscription is simple and hassle-free.

If payment is not received, you will still have access to your account, but downloading content will be restricted until payment is completed.

Content

Any form of abuse, including sharing login information with a third party, use of offensive content (words and/or images), or unlawful use of copyrighted material, will result in the immediate closure of your account. VivaPages reserves the right to close your account at any time. Upon closure of an account, all content will be deleted.

VivaPages is not a document storage service. Therefore, reports created on VivaPages will be available for a limited period, after which they will be deleted. This does not include templates. It is up to you as a user to download desired reports from VivaPages and store them elsewhere. The format is PDF.

Changes and reservations

VivaPages reserves the right, at any time, to modify these terms and subscription prices. Users will be notified of any changes to these terms.

VivaPages is an online service and is therefore dependent on infrastructure that is beyond our control. In case of problems not directly related to our website, we will do our best to rectify the situation as soon as we are aware of it. No compensation is provided in relation to the above.

Personal information & GDPR

Personal data is treated confidentially and stored under secure conditions in accordance with applicable legislation. You have the right at any time to access and correct your information by contacting VivaPages. The information is used to manage your subscription and payments.
